DREDGING AND RECLAMATION

We undertake dredging, drilling operations, or otherwise obtain out of the waters, navigable or non-navigable within the Philippines as may be permitted by law, sand, gravel and deposits found in or beneath said waters and to acquire and make the same available for reclamation and/or commercial purposes subject to existing laws. To undertake reclamation in any part of the foreshore areas, offshore and submerged lands within the territorial jurisdiction of the Philippines for development and economic purposes in accordance with the laws of the Philippines;
